Drs. Claudio and Pamela Consuegra, NAD Family Ministries directors, took full advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine from home, not only by having hundreds of virtual speaking appointments via Zoom, but also by researching and authoring six new resources.

For the second time in 10 months, members of the Executive Committee of the global Seventh-day Adventist Church have voted to postpone the quinquennial session of the denomination, originally scheduled for late June of 2020, due to challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the past quarter century, this special project has excavated and cataloged more than 30,000 dinosaur bones and brought together thousands of students and researchers together. Guide magazine managing editor Laura Sámano has compiled 28 true stories, one for each of the Seventh-day Adventist fundamental beliefs, and written Bible study questions for each belief in the new book What We Believe for Guide Readers. Taken from the weekly magazine for readers ages 10–14, the book’s stories, which include stories of Adventist pioneers as well as contemporary protagonists, introduce kids to each of the Church’s fundamental beliefs.
