Pacific Press Publishing Association Makes Weekly Children’s Publications Temporarily Available for Free Online
With many church buildings closed because of COVID-19, children aren’t able to pick up copies of their favorite Sabbath magazines. Pacific Press Publishing Association has decided to make its weekly children’s publications — Our Little Friend, Primary Treasure, and Guide — available in PDF format on each magazine’s own website for free. The weekly magazines will continue to appear for as long as the coronavirus threat keeps church buildings closed.

What Are We to Do?
Self-preservation is a human instinct. We are wired to take whatever steps seem necessary to ensure our own survival. This is why store shelves have very little toilet paper, non-perishable food, and medicine in stock. Disaster preparation is a good thing, however, we must not confuse responsible preparation with fear-based selfishness.

NAD Leadership Announces Transition to Virtual Office in Response to COVID-19
Due to the rapidly-changing situation with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the administration of the North American Division (NAD) has elected to transition its corporate office in Columbia, Maryland, to a virtual operation. Starting at the end of business on March 17, 2020, and moving forward until March 30, 2020, all employees will be required to work from home, and all efforts are being made to ensure that day-to-day operations will continue without interruption.

It Is Written Honors Black History Month With Three Special Programs
In February 2020, It Is Written aired three special programs in honor of Black History Month. Two were new programs, and one was a rebroadcast of last year’s “Black Wall Street,” which won five Telly Awards. “Black History Month is an important part of the American landscape,” said John Bradshaw, speaker/director of It Is Written.

Breath of Life Evangelistic Revival Leads to More Than 15,000 Baptisms in Tanzania
The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Tanzania gained more than 15,000 new members after a recent revival conducted by Carlton Byrd, speaker/director of the Breath of Life television ministry. “This revival is another testament to God’s miraculous power!” remarked Byrd. “The Spirit of God knows no limits and reaches far beyond our ability and imagination. This revival far exceeded what I could’ve ever imagined was possible. I am very grateful for what God has done.”
