- Make recommendations for reputable suppliers and vendors.

Resources
- Religious Conference Management Association (RCMA) – RCMA is a professional, nonprofit, multifaith organization consisting of individuals who are responsible for planning and/or managing meetings, tutorials, conferences, conventions, and assemblies for their religious organizations.
- Events Industry Council (EIC) – EIC is comprised of 30 member organizations around the world. The Council promotes high standards and professionalism in the events industry with the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) program. The qualifications for the CMP certification are based on professional experience, education, and a rigorous exam. It is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the events industry.
