NAD President and First Lady Share Holiday Video Message for 2024

G. Alexander Bryant, president of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in North America, shares appreciation, saying, "We thank you for your faithfulness to God, your faithfulness to His church, and your faithfulness to His community."

NAD president G. Alexander Bryant and NAD Ministerial Spouses director Desiree Bryant share a timely holiday video message as 2024 nears its conclusion.

Below is a transcript of the Bryants’ message, edited slightly for clarity.

G. Alexander Bryant: Seasons greetings to the entire North American Division family! To all of our family: To our brothers and sisters in Canada, our brothers and sisters in Bermuda, our brothers and sisters in Guam-Micronesia, and certainly our brothers and sisters here in the United States. We would like to say to you, on behalf of our North American Division office and leadership team, we thank God for your faithfulness for another year, for how you have served your communities, how you have engaged your communities, and how you have spread the love of Jesus Christ abroad. As we reflect back on this year, certainly there have been challenges, but this is the time that we stop and pause and look at what God has done for His people in another year. We thank you for your faithfulness to God, your faithfulness to His church, and your faithfulness to His community.

Desiree Bryant: Christmas is a season, not only for family, friends, feasting, and exchanging gifts, but a time of reflection on the greatest gift that was given. Jesus came to live in this sin sick world. He lived, He died, then He rose again, so that you and I could have eternal life. That's love! Let's ask God to help us to be a conduit of His love, not only during the Christmas holiday, but throughout the coming year.

GAB: And yes, this is not only a time to look back, but it's also a time to look forward. 2025 is almost upon us, and God's promises are rich and fresh and new for all of us as we look forward to a new year. So we just like to say to you ...

Both: Merry Christmas, and have a blessed and wonderful new year!
