NAD Administrators Affirm Work and Assess Needs During Visit to the Guam-Micronesia Mission
Beginning January 4, 2024, a North American Division administrative team visited several islands within the Guam-Micronesia Mission for two weeks. “We wanted to provide encouragement and do an assessment of needs and see how we could better support the work there,” said NAD president G. Alexander Bryant.
“Pitching” It Forward
On Thursday, July 10, 2025, as the General Conference Session was winding down, G. Alexander Bryant wound up his pitching arm as he chose a different dinner venue — and experience — than the rest of the week. At 6:45 p.m. CT he threw out the first pitch at the St. Louis Cardinals game. It was a rare and deeply meaningful opportunity for the president of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in North America (NAD).

Visitors to the North American Division exhibit at the General Conference Session found practical resources aimed at meeting the needs of local churches. From grief support to financial literacy, and from Sabbath School curriculum to evangelistic campaign planning, ministries showcased tools designed to equip leaders and members to share biblical principles in their communities.

This has primarily been through our media broadcast ministries placing 1-800 phone numbers on the screen or in their audio. Now in 2019, the North American Division has invested in new technology, through AIM, to add TEXT and CHAT to its legacy VOICE services.
