NAD Administrators Affirm Work and Assess Needs During Visit to the Guam-Micronesia Mission
Beginning January 4, 2024, a North American Division administrative team visited several islands within the Guam-Micronesia Mission for two weeks. “We wanted to provide encouragement and do an assessment of needs and see how we could better support the work there,” said NAD president G. Alexander Bryant.

The Association of Adventist Women has named Elizabeth Talbot, Ph.D., the 2024 Woman of the Year for spiritual leadership and media ministry. Talbot was presented this honorary award at the Association of Adventist Women banquet on October 12, 2024. Two Nursing Professors Among First in the World to Earn Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine
Two Southern Adventist University nursing professors were part of the first group of medical professionals in the world to earn board certification in the field of lifestyle medicine. The group includes 247 physicians and health clinicians who are now certified as “Diplomates of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM)/American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) and the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine.”
Pathway to Health Makes Christmas Merry for Thousands in Phoenix
It was brisk; there was a bite in the air, and the streets of downtown Phoenix, Arizona, were empty, except for a line of people, bundled in coats and blankets, and sleeping in tents along one wall of the Phoenix Convention Center. Several held colorful flyers with the words “free medical care” on them. They were waiting for a free, three-day mega mobile hospital operated by Your Best Pathway to Health, a humanitarian service of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, to open the doors at 7 a.m.
