In the United States, Adventist Community Services (ACS), is the charitable organization sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It is the branch of ADRA (Adventist Development and Relief Agency) that implements relief and community action projects in the U.S. In Canada, the same work is done by ADRA Canada.

ACS implements the compassion and social concern of Seventh-day Adventists through disaster relief, health screening, community service centers, the Inner City Program, immigration and refugee assistance, tutoring, health education, "Ingathering," church-based food pantries, affiliated social service agencies and more.

Small staffs at the national level in the U.S. and Canada coordinate these ministries of compassion which are implemented by a network that includes a few full-time professionals and some 30,000 trained volunteers.
